Prototype Design of decoration for leaning mug in Large Circles and Stripes evoking Sixties Pop Art but Weston Did this Design in the 2010s, slip cast in stoneware and decorated in dark blue decorating color and glazed in glossy white, Body, decorating color, and white glaze are all made from original recipes designed by Weston and mixed from raw materials, Mug lip diameter is 3.5 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. The Mug is 3.25 inches tall. Mug is priced as a one-of-a-kind prototype design. It is the only Pop Art Stripes and Circles Mug decorated by Weston.
This is a prototype decorative pattern executed by Weston Neil Andersen. This may look simple but no two people will do this pattern alike and each artisan has to rely on confidence in his own natural hand to make this pattern his or her own. The pattern will also vary according to variations in how the color and glaze is applied. There is not one right way, it just has to be right for the manner in which each artisan works with this pattern. |
